Petersburg car industry: a
high rate despite vacations
According to «Auto-Dealer-SPb", in January and July 2012 in St. Petersburg auto factories Toyota, GM, Nissan and Hyundai produced 215,600 vehicles, up 83% over the first seven months of last year, when 117,600 vehicles were produced.
In July of automobile enterprises produced 33,400 cars - it is 84% more than the same period of 2011 (18,200 units).

Only four auto plants Petersburg produced 10 models of cars: Chevrolet Cruze, Opel Astra, Nissan Teana, Nissan X-Trail, Nissan Murano, Infiniti FX, Infiniti M, Toyota Camry, Hyundai Solaris, Kia Rio. Five of them: Solaris, Rio, Astra, Cruze and Camry in January-July 2012 entered the top 25 best-selling car models in Russia.
